Zoom Rooms
Zoom Rooms combines room compute or an appliance with controllers, scheduling panels and Zoom cloud services. Its network requirements include both outbound cloud connections and local controller-to-room traffic. Optional Direct Share and companion audio add local services. Apply the current Zoom destination/domain list alongside these ports, and scope calendar, device-management and OEM services separately.

Gotchas & IT Notes
- ⚠Apply the current Zoom destination/domain inventory, not ports alone. Calendar integration, ZDM (zdmapi.zoom.us), OS and OEM firmware services have separate destinations.
- ⚠Local controller/scheduler initiates toward the Room on TCP 9090/9091. Optional Direct Share and companion audio are separate selections.
- ⚠Cloud fallback requirements can differ for a desktop Zoom client; do not substitute its full media range for the Rooms guide.
